Quality Policy Statement

Rolawn Limited, a family run independent business, is Europe’s largest supplier of cultivated turf and is recognised as Britain’s leading supplier of high quality topsoil. The company places strong emphasis on continually improving its processes and products to ensure that customers are provided with products of consistently high quality.

To facilitate this objective, Rolawn manufacturing has developed a quality management system based on BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 principles.

The Board of Rolawn Limited will ensure that the Quality Policy is reviewed annually and implemented across our manufacturing divisions.

In the past 12 months we have:

  • Continued to improve our Quality Management System.
  • Made a commitment to obtaining ISO 9001 accreditation.

On an ongoing basis we are committed to:

  • Cultivation of a culture of ongoing innovation and improvement.
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service by combining close management and co-ordination between all departments.
  • Give total customer satisfaction by providing products of consistent quality and taking appropriate remedial action should the need arise.
  • Ensuring that every employee is fully aware of our policy and of the important role they play in maintaining, continuously auditing, and whenever possible, improving quality in its widest sense.
  • Employing the highest calibre of people and ensuring any training given is effective.
  • Ensuring that the Company conforms to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous improvement, through the Management Review process in the setting of quality objectives in order to monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • Ensuring the availability of resources.
