Rolawn donate turf for 'Nurses Garden' at the new Farleigh HospiceRolawn, Europe's largest turf grower have donated their famous Medallion turf to Farleigh Hospice near Chelmsford for their new 'Nurses Garden' which was officially opened on Friday 30th June when Countryside Properties Chairman, Alan Cherry CBE DL handed over the garden to Keith Andrew, Chairman of the New Farleigh Hospice.
Developer, Countryside Properties Plc recently completed the 'Nurses Garden' with assistance from local and national companies such as Rolawn. The garden will provide a tranquil and therapeutic outside space for Nurses and other caring staff and volunteers.

The new Farleigh Hospice near Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, Essex, opened its doors to its first patients in January 2006 following 17 years of providing care at the old Hospice on New London Road. With a remit to care for people with life limiting illnesses throughout mid Essex, Farleigh Hospice supported some 2,400 people last year. All of this care is provided free of charge and the Hospice relies on the generosity of local people donating, fundraising and leaving gifts in their Wills to ensure this care can continue. http://www.farleigh.org/
