Rolawn expands Customer Services DepartmentRolawn, Britain's largest turf grower and leading topsoil supplier have announced three key appointments in their Customer Services department.
Kath Atkin has been promoted to the new position of Customer Services Manager. Reporting to her are Vicky Flanagan and Kate Blake who have been promoted to the positions of Sales Office Supervisor and Customer Services Supervisor respectively.

Commenting on the appointments, Philip Cuthbert, Commercial Director commented "The aim is to provide excellence in customer service to support Rolawn's expanding product range. Our customers have increasingly high expectations, and achieving customer satisfaction is a key objective in our drive to build on our market leading position. Due to our long-term approach to investing in people by developing their knowledge of our products, customers and their needs, we were able to reward staff from within the Company by promoting them into senior roles. This also ensures that quality and consistency are maintained, both core values of the Rolawn brand."
