I wanted to congratulate you by stating how pleased I am with your online service levels and follow on delivery. I have made a few orders online from rolawn direct and it is fabulous to obtain the speed of response and reliability that you give. After the order is made, emails are received almost instantaneously. On all of my orders I receive a telephone call within 24 hrs to ask when it is convenient to deliver, and delivery has always been reliable.
I consider myself to be a fairly critical person, and nowadays find myself constantly frustrated by many companies' poor service levels and lack of attention to detail. Letters/emails are not written properly, spelling mistakes, members of staff not calling, being unhelpful, lack of responsibility etc etc. I find myself having constant arguments with various people as I do wish they would actually bother to do a job properly. This is totally not the case with your company and I am really pleased that you value quality of service.
