The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team based at our modern rural offices in Seaton Ross, near York. 

Job Purpose

Working with the Marketing Director and other team members to oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, plans and projects. Coordinate the achievement of objectives and activities within budgets. 

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Managing campaigns and promotions for brands and products.
  • Increase brand awareness, demand and sales revenue for B2B and B2C customers.
  • Manage marketing channels including websites, social media, influencers, video and email.
  • Monitor, interpret and report on key marketing metrics.
  • Work alongside the in-house copy and digital content creators.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, digital and PR).
  • Support the sales team and key account B2B customers.
  • Assist the team with trade and consumer shows and events.
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends making recommendations for new initiatives.

About you

We are looking for a well-organised, commercially astute marketer with the ability to think strategically and creatively. You will be a team player with a collaborative and optimistic attitude. An appreciation of the outdoors, nature, biodiversity and sustainability will be a strong ‘plus.’

The must-have requirements for this role are

  • A marketing qualification
  • Minimum of two years' marketing experience 
  • System skills; Microsoft Office, Hubspot, WordPress

Salary range

£27k-£30k per year, full-time
