The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team based at Seaton Ross near York. This is a new and varied role to support the team with delivering the company marketing strategy, and is a full-time, 12-month fixed term opportunity. 

What will you be responsible for?

Some of the key tasks and responsibilities of the role are:

  • Managing and developing the customer and prospect communications calendars, identifying performance improvements including social media activity
  • Support the sales team in developing bespoke promotional material for key account customers
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to when creating marketing communications activity
  • Managing budgets for campaigns and keeping budget trackers up to date
  • Produce briefs for creative, digital and PR agencies
  • Work alongside the copy and digital content creator, writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Monitoring website activity performance (i.e. via google analytics), and managing the creation of new website content
  • Coordinating the creation and ordering of company promotional materials, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to

Who are we looking for?

The must-have requirements for this role are:

  • A minimum of two years' experience of working in a marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Commercial mindset and self-motivated
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver project goals
  • A high standard of organisation and time management skills
