Our full range of Rolawn products is available to purchase directly from us through this website, with delivery available throughout the UK mainland.

We also have a nationwide network of stockists, including garden centres, builder's merchants and specialist turf and topsoil suppliers. You can use our Stockist Locator to find your nearest branch.

If you provide a valid email address during checkout you will receive a confirmation email containing full details of your order; this is also your VAT invoice.

You will find our VAT registration number and company details in the footer of the email.

Rolawn does not offer a turf-laying service.

You may wish to contact the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) or the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) to find registered landscapers in your area.

Yes, unless stated otherwise, all prices quoted on our website include VAT at the current rate.

Once you have entered your postcode and selected any delivery options the total cost including VAT and delivery will be shown in the basket before you proceed to our secure checkout.

Please note, lawn seed is zero-rated for VAT.

For turf and bulk bags you can choose a convenient delivery date in our secure checkout.

Please note the delivery date selected in the basket does not apply to products which are delivered by courier. If you have provided a valid email address or mobile number you will receive a notification from the courier of the intended delivery date with options to select a more convenient date if necessary.

If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will endeavour to fulfil your request.

If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel the order and you will be refunded in full.

If your order has already been despatched, we will request the product is returned to us or it can be refused at point of delivery. The cost of returning the goods to Rolawn will be deducted from any refund due.

Please note, depending on the product, orders can be despatched up to 4 working days before delivery, or earlier if delivery is to a postcode where extended lead times are required.

No, we do not currently offer any small bags.

GroRight Lawn Fertiliser Weed & Moss Killer has been discontinued. If a fertiliser-only product is sufficient, our GroRight Lawn Establishment Fertiliser can also be used as a topfeed. Alternatively, your local garden centre or DIY store may be able to offer an appropriate triple-action product.


Rolawn can offer free next-day delivery to EH postcode areas when orders are placed before 10am Monday - Thursday. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your products in person from either the Edinburgh or Livingston depot. Call us on 01904 757372 to enquire today. However, we do deliver to the majority of mainland addresses in Scotland. Any applicable surcharges for deliveries in remote areas will be shown in checkout and are detailed within our Delivery Policy.’

Standard delivery of turf and bulk bags is usually within 3 to 4 working days. The next available delivery dates are shown in checkout after entering your postcode.

When you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, delivery can be made in two working days by selecting Express Delivery in the basket, for which an additional charge applies.  When you order after 3pm on Thursday the earliest day for delivery is Tuesday.

Extended lead times apply to the following areas: AB, DD, IV, KW, PA20+, PH6-11 & PH15+.

Please note turf can only be delivered Tuesday to Friday.

Lawn care items, Lawn Seed and Groright (excluding Lawn Topdressing) are delivered by courier and will be delivered separately to turf and/or bulk bags, therefore selected delivery dates may not apply to these products.

Deliveries will usually be made anytime from 8am up until 6pm on your chosen delivery day.

If your order has not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date, please contact us.

Products delivered by courier

For lawn seed & fertiliser deliveries by courier, DPD Local will send you a notification with an estimated delivery slot, providing we have a valid mobile number or email address on the order.

It is best if you are in to accept the delivery. We will attempt to deliver if you are not present and the driver will determine the most appropriate positioning for your goods. With unattended deliveries, Rolawn cannot accept any liability for theft, product deterioration or consequences arising from the positioning of your delivery.

Deliveries of lawn fertiliser and lawn seed are made by DPD Local courier. If you are not available to take delivery the courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery. You will also receive an email, text or notification via the DPD app giving you the option to rearrange your delivery with the courier or arrange for it to be left somewhere safe.

Kerbside delivery means that the delivery will be placed as close to your property as possible, as deemed safe by the driver. In most cases, this will be on the pavement outside your property.

To avoid damage to your property by heavy vehicles, delivery of turf, topsoil, bark, soil improver and topdressing can be made to kerbside only. This means we undertake to place the goods as close to your property as deemed safe by the driver.

The delivery method and type of off-loading depends upon your delivery postcode.

Turf and bulk bags are generally delivered on pallets and off-loaded using a tail lift and positioned using a manual pallet truck. Manual pallet trucks can only operate on a flat, level, concreted, or similar firm surface. They cannot operate on slopes, gravel, earth, grass or any other type of non-solid surface.

Within the M25 and some surrounding areas, pallets of turf/bulk bags will usually be off-loaded using a vehicle mounted hydraulic crane ('hiab') which lowers the pallet/bulk bag to ground level. Bulk bags will not be delivered on pallets when delivered via 'hiab'.

Delivery is to kerbside only. Turf and bulk bags will usually be offloaded using a tail-lift and pallet truck and therefore cannot be lifted over a hedge or fence. Please read our Delivery Policy for more information.

Our bulk bags and pallets are 'non-returnable'. Please dispose of them responsibly.

Once you have placed your order we will send an email confirming your purchase and delivery details. If the email does not reach you, please check your junk or spam folder; if it hasn't arrived please contact us.

If you have ordered lawn seed or fertiliser you will receive notifications about delivery from the courier, DPD Local, via email, text message or the DPD mobile phone app.

If you have ordered turf or bulk bags you will not receive any further communication unless you have specifically requested this in the delivery notes section. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a call ahead from the delivery driver, as it is not always possible for the driver to stop to make a call.

For deliveries of lawn seed and fertiliser which are sent by courier, you will receive notifications via email, text message or the DPD app to enable you to track delivery of your order, if you have supplied us with a valid email address or mobile number.

For deliveries of turf or bulk bags, tracking isn't currently available with the third party carriers we use. Deliveries will be made anytime between 8am and 6pm. Due to high order and enquiry volumes currently, we are not able to provide ETAs for deliveries.

All delivery charges will be clearly shown in the basket once you have entered your postcode and selected your delivery options, before proceeding to checkout.

Standard delivery to the majority of UK mainland postcodes is inclusive on orders of £50 or more and included in the listed prices*. On orders under £50 delivery is charged at £4.99.
