Wildflower Roof Turf is a specialist green roof turf solution designed to flourish in the demanding conditions of rooftops. Built using a unique soil-less system, this turf reduces the need for irrigation and is tailored to survive drought, wind exposure, and temperature extremes.

Blending 37 UK-native wildflowers and grasses, with a guaranteed minimum 75% wildflower content, this turf brings the natural beauty of a wildflower meadow roof turf to urban and residential environments. It is compliant with GRO guidelines, providing a reliable and low-maintenance option for biodiversity-focused green roofing projects.

This wildflower roof turf is specifically developed for rooftops, terraces, garages, garden buildings, and wall capping. It’s lightweight, adaptable, and supports natural drainage and pollinator habitats even in harsh rooftop settings.

The turf is designed for use with the Wildflower Roof Substrate, a lightweight, free-draining growing medium that complements root development and moisture retention without adding unnecessary structural load.

Its soil-free construction reduces nutrient runoff and is ideal for both large-scale green infrastructure projects and small-scale garden buildings or residential roofs.

  • All wildflower turf orders will be fulfilled directly by Wildflower Turf Limited, and delivered via a pallet carrier using a tail lift and manual pallet truck to kerb side only, on non-returnable pallets. 
  • Any other products in the same order may be despatched using a different delivery method, and may arrive on different vehicles; you will receive an email confirming the method of delivery of each product in your order.
  • Delivery is available Tuesday – Thursday (except a Tuesday following a Bank Holiday Monday), within six working days of placing an order.
