Can I choose my delivery date?

For turf and bulk bags you can choose a convenient delivery date in the basket before you proceed to our secure checkout.
Please note the delivery date selected in the basket does not apply to products which are delivered by courier. If you have provided a valid email address or mobile number you will receive a notification from the courier of the intended delivery date with options to select a more convenient date if necessary.

Do prices on your website include VAT?

Yes, unless stated otherwise, all prices quoted on our website include VAT at the current rate.
Once you have entered your postcode and selected any delivery options the total cost including VAT and delivery will be shown in the basket before you proceed to our secure checkout.
Please note, lawn seed is zero-rated for VAT.

Can Rolawn lay my new turf for me, or can you recommend someone that can?

Rolawn does not offer a turf-laying service, but visit our Find a landscaper page and enter your town or postcode to find details of your nearest landscaper.
Alternatively, you may wish to contact the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) or the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) to find registered landscapers in your area.

Does the price include delivery?

Standard delivery to the majority of UK mainland postcodes is inclusive on orders of £50 or more and included in the listed prices*. On orders under £50 delivery is charged at £4.99.
For turf and bulk bags optional time slots/next working day/Saturday deliveries are available to the majority of postcodes for an additional charge.
All delivery charges will be clearly shown in the basket once you have entered your postcode and selected your delivery options, before proceeding to checkout.

*Supplementary delivery charges apply to a small number of UK postcodes that are further afield for which our carrier charges us more to deliver.

Where can I buy Minster Pro Turf?

Minster Pro Turf has been discontinued. You can still purchase Minster Pro Ornamental Lawn Seed through our website or or via our network of stockists.

How much notice do you need for delivery?
-
Standard delivery of turf and bulk bags is usually within 3 to 4 working days. The next available delivery dates are shown in the basket after entering your postcode.
When you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, delivery can be made in two working days by selecting Express Delivery in the basket, for which an additional charge applies. For Saturday delivery order by 3pm on Thursday. When you order after 3pm on Thursday the earliest day for delivery is Tuesday.
Express delivery and Saturday delivery are not available in the following postcode areas where extended lead times apply: AB, DD, IV, KW, PA20+, PH6-11 & PH15+.
Please note turf can only be delivered Tuesday to Saturday.
For all other products the delivery timescale is detailed on the individual product page.
Products which are shown in the basket as being delivered by courier will be delivered separately to turf and/or bulk bags and delivery dates and options, such as timed and Saturday delivery, do not apply.

Will you contact me to confirm delivery?

Once you have placed your order we will send an email confirming your purchase and delivery details. If the email does not reach you, please check your junk or spam folder; if it hasn't arrived please contact us.
If you have ordered lawn seed or fertiliser you will receive notifications about delivery from the courier, DPD Local, via email, text message or the DPD mobile phone app.
If you have ordered turf or bulk bags you will not receive any further communication unless you have specifically requested this in the delivery notes section. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a call ahead from the delivery driver, as it is not always possible for the driver to stop to make a call.
