COVID-19 Update 10/4/20: We are still open for business and processing orders, however there are some changes to our usual delivery arrangements.

As a company we are taking the issue of COVID-19 very seriously. Our first priority is people’s health and safety, whilst planning on how to maintain our normal high level of service. We are monitoring government advice and guidelines very closely and acting accordingly. This is a very fluid situation and we will update the information here are soon as possible, as things change.

  • All deliveries of turf and bulk bags will be made by pallet carrier with offloading via tail lift and manual pallet truck.
  • We are not taking any further orders for Saturday delivery until late May. If you have already placed an order for a Saturday we will contact you if we need to change the delivery date.
  • The option to choose a timed delivery slot (turf and bulk bags only) is currently unavailable.
  • Due to high order volumes we may not be able to deliver as quickly as usual. The next available delivery date for turf and bulk bags and total price including delivery and VAT will be shown in the basket once you have entered your postcode.
  • Lawn seed and fertiliser orders delivered via courier are being despatched as normal for delivery within 2 to 3 working days.

We aren’t currently experiencing any disruption to deliveries. Should that change we will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible and keep customers informed. In the event that we are unable to deliver, our standard terms and conditions will apply and you will be given the option of putting the order on hold until a revised delivery date can be agreed or a full refund.
