As a company we take the issue of COVID-19 very seriously. Our first priority is people’s health and safety, consquently we are monitoring government advice and guidelines very closely and acting accordingly. As this very fluid situation changes we will update the information here as soon as possible.
All deliveries of turf and bulk bags will be made by pallet carrier with offloading via tail lift and manual pallet truck.
The next available delivery date for turf and bulk bags and total price will be shown in the basket once you have entered your postcode.
Deliveries of turf and bulk bags will be anytime between 8am and 6pm. Timed delivery slots are currently unavailable.
Orders for turf and bulk bags are being despatched as per agreed delivery dates. If your order has not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date, please contact us via email.
Lawn seed and fertiliser orders are being despatched as normal via courier.
In the event we have greater disruption to our deliveries you will be given the option of putting the order on hold or a full refund.
