Important Customer Service Update

Please be aware that issues affecting the UK haulage industry are impacting on our normal service levels and some orders are not arriving on the requested day.

A shortfall of available delivery services has resulted in some orders being delayed. These delays have in turn led to an unprecedented number of enquiries into the haulage system, which means we are not always able to obtain delivery updates, and we cannot currently offer estimated arrival times.

If we are made aware of a delay with your delivery, we will contact you immediately. If your delivery has not arrived within 24 hours of your requested delivery date, and you have not received an update, please do contact us.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and would like to reassure you that we are doing everything possible, but unfortunately these issues are beyond our control.
