This topsoil has been developed specifically for use when laying turf or sowing lawn seed, offering a reliable, fertile base to encourage strong establishment and long-term lawn health. The inclusion of GroRight® Lawn Establishment Fertiliser supports early-stage root development, while the loamy sand texture provides good drainage and structure for new turf or seed to thrive.
Unlike standard topsoil, it remains easy to work with, even when damp. Thanks to its consistent screening and low stone content, it spreads evenly to create a level and stable surface.
Please note: this product is not suitable for topdressing your lawn or levelling existing lawns. For those applications, we recommend using Rolawn Lawn Topdressing.
This topsoil is designed for laying or seeding a new lawn, not for top dressing. We have a specialised product available that is suitable for topdressing projects, or levelling an existing lawn; take a look at our > Lawn Topdressing.
