The role

As Marketing Manager, you will lead Rolawn’s group-wide marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness and contribute to business growth. You will develop and implement tactical marketing plans, manage campaigns across various channels and measure their effectiveness to ensure alignment with our business objectives. Your role is pivotal in driving dynamic, commercially successful campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences, leveraging a blend of digital and traditional marketing disciplines.

What experience and qualities you’ll need to apply

  • A relevant Marketing qualification.
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Managerial role.
  • Knowledge of all marketing methods coupled with strong knowledge of digital.
  • Project and campaign management experience.
  • B2B and B2C online and offline.
  • A results-based champion.
  • Good leadership skills and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate at all levels.
