As part of their ongoing commitment to employ environmentally responsible standards and practices, Rolawn has sought and gained independent verification from the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC) that its bark and mulch products are responsibly sourced. www.fsc.org (Licence code: FSC-C147081).
The FSC only certifies products following a rigorous on-site audit to prove compliance with specific requirements and this award demonstrates that Rolawn continues to set the benchmark for the industry.
Paul Dawson, Rolawn’s Managing Director, commented; “We are delighted that this association with such a well-respected body will give customers the confidence that they are helping to protect the environment by purchasing responsibly sourced products. FSC certification is widely identified as a mark of trust and this hopefully helps convey to our customers the importance we put on the use of renewable resources.”
The award reinforces Rolawn’s ethos for ongoing development to ensure products consistently achieve the highest environmental standards on the market, as evidenced by their long-standing ISO certification for their Environmental Management System, as well as their Green Achiever Scheme Gold Award.
