The role 

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic sales professional.  The role plays a pivotal part in driving sales growth and brand awareness across our full group portfolio.  Focusing on architects, specifiers, housebuilders and infrastructure companies, the successful candidate will cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a national role requiring a proactive approach to lead engagement through customer appointments, industry events and exhibitions to ensure the Group products are specified across a variety of projects, securing business directly or through back-selling channels. By working collaboratively with teams including Technical, Field Sales and Marketing, the role champions the Group’s “above the line” strategy and delivers measurable commercial results.

What experience and qualities you’ll need to apply

  • Previous strategic partnership sales role experience
  • Knowledge of routes to market for specifiers and architects
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and highly active
  • Broad experience across digital and offline communication channels
  • Highly analytical and data driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven, ambitious and commercially focused
  • Experience with CRM system
  • Results orientated
  • Ability to travel extensively across the UK
