Rolawn awarded Feefo’s highest accolade for consistently delivering excellence

An unrelenting drive for excellence has resulted in Rolawn again receiving Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service award. This latest award from the independent review platform underlines exactly why Rolawn maintains its position as the UK’s leading supplier of turf, topsoils and barks. 

The Platinum Trusted Service award is granted to businesses that have achieved at least 50 customer reviews with a service rating of 4.5 or more, for three or more consecutive years.

Jonathan Hill, Rolawn’s Sales and Marketing Director, commented: “As producers of natural products,  subject to increasingly extreme weather conditions, we understand the challenges. The very hot, dry spring of 2020 coming after a very wet winter had a knock-on effect on our ability to deliver premium quality products, whilst also coping with the impact of a global pandemic.

“Despite that, the great team at Rolawn has risen to meet the challenges and I am very proud of what has been achieved, keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of what we do leading to this fantastic award. All done whilst also catering for a year-on-year increase in order levels of over 17%.”
