1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Rolawn Limited (“Rolawn”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Rolawn, its group companies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

  • Entry to the prize draw is free of charge, and no purchase is necessary.

  • To enter, participants must:

    • Complete the entry form, providing a valid first name, email address, and telephone number

  • Participants may also be invited to answer additional questions relating to buying behaviour. These questions are optional and will not affect entry into the prize draw.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Marketing Communications

  • Participants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from Rolawn.

  • Marketing consent is optional and is not required for entry into the prize draw.

  • Where consent is provided, participants may receive emails such as newsletters, product updates, and exclusive offers.

  • Participants can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Promotion Period

  • The prize draw opens on 18 June and closes on 21 June (inclusive).

  • Entries received after this time will not be included.

6. The Prize

  • The prize is one BluWater Solutions Smart Water Butt, which includes:

    • Water butt

    • Solar panel

    • Sensor and valve kit

  • The prize is non‑exchangeable, non‑transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

  • The draw will take place after the closing date, and the winner will be selected by 26 June.

8. Winner Notification and Non‑Response

  • The winner will be contacted using the details provided (email and/or telephone).

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial contact, Rolawn reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

9. Publicity

  • Rolawn may publish or make available the surname and county of the winner to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, unless the winner objects.

  • The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided will be used for:

    • Administering the prize draw

    • Contacting the winner

    • Analysing responses to improve products and services (where optional questions are completed)

  • Survey responses may be analysed in aggregate and, where possible, anonymised.

  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

  • Personal data will not be used for marketing unless explicit consent has been given.

11. General

  • Rolawn reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • Any decision made by Rolawn in connection with the prize draw is final.

  • The promotion is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Liability

Rolawn accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, or delayed due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control.

Important update: Temporary 6.5% surcharge effective 7 April 

At Rolawn, we are committed to maintaining the high standards of quality and service our customers expect, so we want to be open with our customers about a change that will affect pricing from Tuesday 7th April. 

This decision has been taken in response to disruption to energy supplies, which has led to significant increases in wholesale prices, affecting not only fuel and fertiliser but also costs throughout our wider supply chain. As a business that relies heavily on fuel for both transport and operations, these sustained cost pressures have become increasingly difficult to absorb.  

While we have worked hard to mitigate the impact, the scale and pace of recent price increases have now exceeded what we can sustain internally, and we therefore need to recover a proportion of these externally driven increases. 

From Tuesday 7th April, a temporary 6.5% surcharge will apply to all products.  

We know that any increase in price is frustrating, particularly at a time when many businesses and households are already feeling under pressure. That is why we want to be clear that this is not a decision we have made lightly, and not one we wanted to make. It has been introduced solely to help offset unavoidable cost inflation and allow us to continue delivering the quality, reliability and service standards associated with Rolawn. 

We will continue to monitor market conditions closely and will review this surcharge as soon as circumstances allow, providing reasonable notice of any changes. We recognise that any price increase is unwelcome, but this step is necessary to ensure the continuity and reliability of our operations during a period of ongoing uncertainty.
